2. To Promptly Return Calls  Every Client, no matter the size of the case, deserves to have their call returned in a timely fashion. If you call between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, you will get a call back the same day. Calls received after 5pm will often be returned the same day, but in any event, no later than the next business day.
